Hatha Yoga: Open (45min)

Welcome to this prenatal Hatha Yoga class called "Open", a slow compassionate class designed to nurture your body, heart, and mind. This class focuses on gentle postures that target opening the hips (centre of emotions) and chest (centre of the heart). As you move through carefully curated sequences, you'll cultivate flexibility, receptivity and bit by bit more courage to open up. 

"Open" is an invitation to embrace both the physical and emotional aspects of this precious time, and to allow yourself to be vulnerable, welcoming all aspects of yourself, all thoughts, feelings, without judgment, without fear.
